• Your personal information will only be used for billing purposes. No one at WritingBee.com will be aware of your details except the Accounting and Finance department.
• We will not disclose your personal information (name, address, contact details, etc.) to any person, firm or organization outside WritingBee.com.
• We will not share your credit card details to any person inside or outside the organization.
• Our staff will never ask for your personal information (after the initial account setup and verification of credit card details by accounting and finance department).
• If at any time we find any WritingBee.com employee violating the privacy rules, strict action will be taken against that employee (which could lead to termination in the worst case).

Responsibilities of Writers

• We will not share your personal information with any of our writers, including the writer assigned to your order.
• Each writer is given a unique writer ID. All correspondence with that writer will be based on the writer ID instead of their name.
• Writers are not allowed to ask customers for personal information.
• Email communication between writers and customers is not allowed, as this may lead to compromise of personal information.

Responsibilities of Customers

• Each customer is given a customer ID. Customers should communicate using the assigned IDs only.
• Customers should not use personally identifiable information when corresponding with writers regarding their orders.

WritingBee.com will make every effort to assure our customers that their personal information will be kept strictly confidential. However, we do not assume any responsibility and will not be held liable if personal information of one or more customers is compromised by people and/or actions beyond our control, including actions by customers themselves. By ordering from our website, it is assumed that customers have gone through our privacy policy and accept the responsibilities of WritingBee.com as the company, our writers, and the customers themselves.
